Product designer

We are looking for talented and creative Product Designer's for our company. Your task will be to create and improve the user interfaces (UI) and user experience (UX) of our products. You will work closely with the development, marketing and management teams to create innovative and attractive products that will meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Research user needs and behaviour, market and competitor analysis to determine product requirements;
- Development of concepts and creation of design solutions for user interfaces (UI) based on user experience (UX);
- Creation of user interface guides, prototypes and design layouts using tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD or Figma;
- Participate in user research, testing and analysis of user feedback to identify improvements;
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the correct implementation of design solutions;
- Participate in the process of analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of products and suggest further improvements

Requirements:

- Work experience as a Product Designer or a related position.
- Deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interfaces (UI).
- Ability to work with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma or similar.
- Knowledge of design principles, including typography, colour scheme, composition and layout.
- Experience with data analysis and the use of metrics to measure the effectiveness of products.
- Communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Creativity, attention to detail and commitment to innovation.

It will be a plus:

- Knowledge of the basics of web technology development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand the technical implementation
